New classes Forming! Which would you prefer! correction

I need your feedback. I don't know about you but I need a workout more than 1 day a week. Some of us are working mothers and some of us stay at home. I would like to provide a little something for everyone. I am thinking about adding two or three more classes to my schedule.

At least one daytime and one evening around 6.
I am open for suggestions!

  1. As a stay-at-home mom with a preschooler, a daytime workout would be great! 11am Tuesdays & Thursdays, for example...this time would work with most preschool schedules. This would give us Columbia moms a chance to make it 3 times a week if we attend your Saturday class, too.

    Evenings don't generally work for stay-at-home moms since that's dinner/homework/husband-vent time :-)

    1. I would love to contact you. I am interested in starting a morning class either Tues or Thursdays around 10-11am, but I need a couple of ladies to sign up , please contact me at if you are still interested.

  2. If I can get 4-5 regular women to sign up ,I will start morning classes God Willing.
