What to bring to class

Please wear comfortable active clothing that is not restrictive and allows appropriate cooling for thermoregulation of the body.

Also wear comfortable shoes, with plenty of cushion and lateral support. Typically, an aerobics shoe or cross-trainer is appropriate.

A small towel AND WATER!! Staying Hydrated during class is very important.
